Satu lagi acara penghargaan musik teratas Korea Selatan telah sukses digelar pada malam tadi. Acara “Circle Chart Music Award 2023” ini digelar di BEXCO Busan.
Sama seperti pada tahun lalu, para pemenang ditentukkan berdasarkan penampilan komersial dari lagu dan album berdasarkan chart Circle. Untuk tahun ini, lagu dan album yang bisa dinilai adalah karya musik musik yang dirilis antara 1 Desember 2022 hingga 30 November 2023.
NCT Dream berhasil membawa pulang penghargaan kategori Daesang untuk tahun ini. Mereka berhasil memenangkan penghargaan Digital Album of the Year. Selain itu, mereka juga memenangkan penghargaan Artist of the Year (Album) dan World K-Pop Star.
Sedikit berbeda dibandingkan tahun lalu, untuk “Circle Chart Music Awards 2023” ini penghargaan Artist of the Year dan Rookie of the Year mengalami perubahan. Penghargaan Artist of the Year terbagi dalam empat kategori, yaitu Album, Digital, Unique Listeners (Streaming), dan Global Streaming. Masing-masing kategori ini diberikan kepada lima musisi. Sementara itu, penghargaan Rookie of the Year terbagi dalam tiga kategori berbeda.
